The portfolio worlds are demonstrations of creative direction, interaction design, and development. Their fiction is part of the work.
Concept work
VANTAIRE, PARALLAX, KŌGU, LEKHA, KŌSAKU, and XĪNGBŌ are self-initiated fictional concepts unless a page clearly states otherwise. Product names, metrics, availability, and displayed product prices inside those worlds are narrative details, not commercial offers.
Third-party material
Third-party platform names, artist names, trademarks, and official music streams belong to their respective owners. Their presence does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or client affiliation. Linked services operate under their own terms.
Studio services
Portfolio pricing is a starting estimate in US dollars for a defined scope. Availability, schedule, deliverables, licensing, payment stages, and ownership are confirmed in a separate written proposal before any commissioned work begins.
Website direction session
The Website Direction Session is a separate $275 advisory service, paid in advance. It includes review of materials supplied at least 24 hours before the call, one live remote session of up to 60 minutes, and a one-page action map delivered within two business days. A recording may be made only when both parties agree.
One reschedule is available with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start receive a full refund. Later cancellations and missed sessions are non-refundable. If BEIRNE Studios cancels, the client may choose a full refund or a new date.
The $275 fee may be applied once toward a new BEIRNE website project when a written project agreement is signed and its first scheduled payment is received within 30 calendar days after the session. The credit is not cash, transferable, or combinable with another offer. Booking a session does not reserve production availability or create a broader project engagement.
Site use
You may browse and link to the public portfolio. Reproduction, resale, or presentation of the site, its original visual assets, or its code as another party's work is not permitted without written agreement. The site may change as the studio develops new work.
